My husband and I live on Arroyo Ave directly across the <br />creek from Hays and the Chamber of Commerce. We would be greatly affected by the decisions the Transit <br />Committee make. I like a lot of what I see when it comes to the proposed changes and am confused why we <br />would even for a moment entertain the idea of a Grocery Outlet in our town.
