The southerly one-way exit driveway at Washington Avenue may be narrowed down
from 28-ft wide to about 15-ft wide to avoid confusion. A "Do Not Enter" sign shall be
installed at the driveway facing the north and southbound Washington Traffic

VII. FIRE DEPARTMENT & BUILDING DIVISION REQUIREMENTS

A. The project shall be
required to comply with Appendix ill-A of the California Fire Code, which in this case
shall require on site fire hydrants.
