<br />· Central Control stores information 111 one place for rapid vlew111g and reporting <br />capabilities. <br /> <br />· Scheduling component has the ability to handle special event and extra duty assignments. <br /> <br />· Skills Inventory Management System (SIMS) can track and manage training to ensure <br />accreditation requirements. <br /> <br />· Employee Self Serve provides Web access to employees to view schedule information <br />induding training and vacation schedules from their workstation or home. <br /> <br />· Optional Overtime Management Module automatically creates call out lists for <br />Mandatory and Optional Overtime based on Departmental policies. <br /> <br />· Notifications Module is an option that allows the automated callouts via telephone, pager, <br />and cell phone for open shifts. This can be combined with the OT management module <br />to significantly reduce the time spent filling open shifts. <br /> <br />· Open architecture allows for integration with other complementary systems (Payroll, HR, <br />etc).
