<br />This is to certify that the interest in real property conveyed by Easement Agreement dated
<br />May 16, 2007 from Safeway Stores, Inc. to the City of San Leandro, a municipal
<br />corporation, is hereby accepted on behalf of the City Council of the City of San Leandro,
<br />pursuant to authority conferred by Resolution No. 2001-212, adopted by the City Council
<br />of the City of San Leandro on December 17, 2001, and the Owner consents to recordation
<br />thereof by its duly authorized officer.
