<br />requirements of Government Code Section 66020, you will be legally barred from <br />later challenging any such fees, dedications, reservations or other exactions. <br /> <br />D. Site Improvement Plans for all on-site and off-site improvements shall be approved <br />by the City Engineer prior to the issuance of Building Permits for the project. All <br />improvements shall be designed and constructed in accordance with the City's <br />Design Standards, Specifications and Standard Plans, unless otherwise specifically <br />approved by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />E. Prior to the issuance of the Building Permit, the property owner shall pay the <br />Underground Utilities Conversion Fee and Development Fee for Street <br />Improvement (DFSI), Sewer Connection fee, Park Impact Fee, and other fees as <br />required by City Ordinances and regulations. <br /> <br />F. Prior to the issuance of the Building Permit, the Subdivider shall pay Park <br />Development Impact Fee as per Section 800 of Chapter 1 Title VII of San <br />Leandro Municipal Code and Master Fee Schedule. Also, Subdivider shall pay <br />Development Fee for Street Improvement (DFSI), Utility Underground <br />Conversion Fee, Sewer Connection fee and other fees as required by City <br />Ordinances and regulations. The exact fee will be determined at the time of <br />Building Permit Issuance and may be adjusted to reflect any change in the ENR <br />Construction Cost Index.. <br /> <br />G. Stormwater from this site needs to be treated. Numeric-sized facilities should be <br />provided for storm drainage. <br /> <br />H. Applicant shall remove any broken and uplifted driveway, sidewalk, curb and gutter <br />along the full project frontage and shall construct new City standard driveway, <br />sidewalk, curb and gutter in the same location and alignment as the existing <br />facilities. <br /> <br />1. All abandoned driveways shall be removed and replaced with City standard <br />sidewalk, curb and gutter. <br /> <br />J. Prior to the issuance of building permits for the project, the Applicant shall obtain <br />encroachment permits from both the San Leandro Engineering and Transportation <br />Department and from Caltrans for any work within the public right-of-way as the <br />southern quarter of the W ashington Avenue right-of-way for this property is within <br />the City jurisdiction while the remaining right-of-way falls under Caltrans <br />jurisdiction. <br /> <br />K. The applicant must submit a tract map and condominium plan for approval by the <br />City Council following approval of these Conditions of Approval. <br /> <br />L.
