A range of energy conservation measures, such as use of energy-conserving <br />appliances and indoor and outdoor lighting, shall be incorporated into the final <br />building plans, to substantially reduce average per capita daily consumption. <br /> <br />H. The approvals granted by the City as a result of this application, as well as the <br />Conditions of Approval, shall be recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of <br />Alameda County. <br /> <br />1. Pursuant to Zoning Code Section 5-2218, this approval shall lapse on January 18, <br />2008, unless a) a grading permit or building pem1it has been issued, coupled with <br />diligent progress evidencing good faith intention to commence the intended use; <br />or b) an occupancy permit has been issued; or c) the approval is renewed, as <br />provided for in said Zoning Code section. <br /> <br />XII. INCLUSIONARY HOUSING CONDITION <br /> <br />A. Prior to approval of the Final Map, the applicant shall submit an Inc1usionary <br />Housing Plan to the Community Development Director for review and approval. <br />In addition, the applicant shall enter into an Inc1usionary Housing Agreement. Per <br />Zoning Code Section 6-3006, the applicant shall provide at least 15% of the total <br />number of residential units as Inc1usionary Units.
