COMPLIANCE WITH APPROVED PLANS <br /> <br />A. The project shall comply with Exhibits A through L, attached to the staff report <br />dated January 18, 2007, except as hereinafter modified. The developer shall be responsible for assuring that any successor in interest who <br />assumes responsibility for this zoning approval is informed it its terms and <br />conditions. <br /> <br />C. Construction shall commence within one (1) year following Board of Zoning <br />Adjustments approval and shall be substantially completed within one (1) year <br />thereafter. For the purpose of compliance with this condition, commencement of <br />construction shall be defined as the construction of a substantial portion of the <br />garage/foundation. <br /> <br />II. PERMITTED USE <br /> <br />A This Site Plan Review, Variance, and Parking Exception is an approval to <br />construct a 24-unit residential townhouse project on an approximately 1.19 acre <br />site at the 15101 Washington A venue; Alameda County Assessor's Parcel Number <br />080H -1515-008-02. <br /> <br />B. No application for amendment of the application or Conditions of Approval may <br />be submitted or accepted for processing by the city unless (i) there is full <br />compliance with all terms of the application and Conditions of Approval; or (ii) <br /> <br />Agreement to Conditions <br />PLN2006-00043 <br /> <br />January] 8,2007 <br />Page 3 of 13 <br />
