<br />. <br />. <br /> <br />XI. GENERAL CONDITIONS <br /> <br />A. The garage doors on-site shall be roll-up sectional type. <br /> <br />B. The garages shall have electronic, remote control garage door openers. <br /> <br />C. There shall be no outside storage of any type in the landscaped areas, uncovered parking <br />areas, and driveways accessing the off-street parking facilities. Those areas shall be kept <br />free of obstruction and available for their designated use at all times. <br /> <br />D. The final construction documents for building permits shall include a designated area <br />for refuse and recycle containers in the garage or in an enclosure on the property. Details <br />shall be subject to the review and approval of the Community Development Director. <br /> <br />E. The approvals granted by the City as a result of this application, as well as the <br />Conditions of Approval, shall be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of <br />Alameda County against each parcel known as Alameda County Assessor's Parcel <br />Number 75-115-65. <br /> <br />F. No application for amendment of the application or Conditions of Approval may be <br />accepted or submitted for processing by the City unless (i) there is full compliance with <br />all terms of the application and Conditions of Approval; or (ii) the Community <br />Development Director waives compliance with the terms of the application and <br />Conditions of Approval pending application for the amendment. <br /> <br />Agreement to Conditions <br />PLN2007 -00001 <br /> <br />March 15,2007 <br />Page 9 of9 <br />
