Minute Order No. 2007-071, Motion to Approve the Planned Development <br />PLN2007-00027 to Construct a New Mixed-Use Speculative Commercial/Light <br />Industrial Building and a Self-Storage Facility, at 14340 Washington Avenue; <br />CC(PD) Community Commercial, Planned Development Overlay District and <br />IL(PD) Industrial Limited, Planned Development Overlay District; Alameda <br />County Assessor's Parcel Number 77C-1235-2-22; M. Landes, Landes Corp.; <br />Subject to the Recommended Findings and Recommended Conditions of <br />Approval. The public is invited to make comments on items of public interest NOT <br />listed on the Agenda. <br /> <br />Diana Gentry, San Leandro Chamber of Commerce, addressed the City Council, thanking <br />City Manager Jermanis for speaking at the recent "Ask the City Manager" Chamber luncheon. <br />Ms. Gentry commented that the relationship between the City and Chamber of Commerce <br />allows both entities to serve the business community to their fullest potential. <br /> <br />Lubos Dodecky, San Leandro resident, addressed the City Council, expressing concern <br />with the way the City's business license ordinance is written and enforced. <br />
