A qualified archaeologist shall be consulted to <br />determine whether any such materials are significant prior to resuming ground breaking <br />construction activities. Standardized procedures for evaluating accidental finds and <br />discovery of human remains shall be followed as prescribed in Sections 15064.5 and <br />15126.4 of the California Environmental Quality Act. <br /> <br />VIII. INCLUSIONARY HOUSING CONDITION <br /> <br />A. The Project is located in the Joint Leandro Redevelopment Area. Pursuant to the housing <br />production requirements set forth in Health and Safety Code Section 33413(b)(2), <br />Developer shall ensure that at least 15% of the units shall be available at affordable <br />housing costs to persons or households of low or moderate income. This would equate to <br />0.60 unit for this proposal.
