COMPLIANCE WITH APPROVED PLANS <br /> <br />A. The applicant and/or property owner shall comply with Exhibits A and B, dated <br />November 20, 2003, except as hereinafter modified. (Exhibits are on file at the City <br />of San Leandro Community Development Department, 835 East 14th Street. San <br />Leandro, California, 94577. <br /> <br />Exhibit A - Site Plan <br />Exhibit B - Floor Plan <br /> <br />B. The applicant and/or property owner shall be responsible for assuring that any <br />successor in interest who assumes responsibility for the zoning approval is informed <br />of its terms and conditions. <br /> <br />II. USE RESTRICTIONS <br /> <br />A. All conditions of approval for conditional use permit, CU -99-7, shall remain in full <br />effect with the exception of II. USE RESTRICTION B., which shall be superceded <br />by this conditional use permit as stated below. <br /> <br />B. This conditional use approval shall be for the continuation of a payroll advance <br />business, specializing in short term loans to its customers, however modifYing <br />Conditional Use Permit CU-99-7, to expand business hours from 9:30 a.m. to 7:00 <br />p.m., Monday through Friday, and ]0:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Saturday to the new <br />hours of 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., Monday through Samrday, and 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 <br />p.m. on Sunday, at 699 Lewelling Boulevard, Suite 112, also known as Assessor's <br />Parcel 412-1-6. Any expansion of area beyond the existing interior boundaries shall <br />be subject to the review of the Board of Zoning Adjustments. The loans will be in <br />the form of cash or money orders. Any expansion of services at the business <br />including but not limited to, the sale of money orders (i.e., not given as a payroll <br />advance), public notary, mail boxes, wire transfers, facsimiles, photocopies, and <br />utility bill payments, shall be requested in writing to the Development Services <br />Director, who may approve the request or direct the matter to the Board of Zoning <br />Adjustments. <br /> <br />Agreement to Conditions <br />PLN2003-00ll8 <br /> <br />November 20,2003 <br />Page 3 of 4 <br />
