<br />C. This Conditional Use Permit shall be reviewed by City staff within six months <br />and presented to the Board of Zoning Adjustments. The review shall provide an <br />overview of any security, traffic or aesthetic impacts reported to City staff by <br />persons in the six month period. <br /> <br />D. Effective immediately, the Washington Avenue store front shall not be used as <br />storage closet/room. The store front and the area behind the store front window shall <br />be kept in a neat and clean condition at all times. Any window treatment or faux <br />window features shall be submitted as drawn details to the Community <br />Development Director for review. <br /> <br />E. These conditions of approval shall be posted in the check cashing business prior to <br />opening the business and shall be made accessible to all employees. <br /> <br />III. GENERAL CONDITIONS <br /> <br />A. The approvals granted by the City of San Leandro as a result of this application, as <br />well as the Conditions of Approval, shall be recorded in the office of the County <br />Recorder of Alameda County. <br /> <br />B.
