<br />II. POLICE DEPARTMENT <br /> <br />A. Prior to issuance of building permits for the townhomes, the developer shall be <br />required to submit proposed new addresses for the units, for the review and <br />approval by the Building & Safety Services Department and the Police <br />Department. <br /> <br />B. The residential garages shall have an internal garbage/recycle corral area built in <br />(while still maintaining adequate dimensions to park two cars) to be utilized for <br />the garbage/recycle bins. <br /> <br />III. COUNTY OF ALAMEDA, PUBLIC WORKS AGENCY <br /> <br />A. Prior to issuance of any building permits on this site, a detailed grading and <br />drainage plan with supporting calculations and a completed Drainage Review <br />Checklist must be submitted to our office for review. The proposed curb <br />elevations are not to be less than 1.25' above the hydraulic grade line, as shown in <br />figure 14 of the Hydrology and Hydraulics Criteria Summary, and at no point shall <br />the curb grade be below the energy grade line. <br /> <br />B. The applicant shall provide measures to prevent the discharge of contaminated <br />materials into public drainage facilities. It is the responsibility of the applicant to <br />comply with Federal, State and local water quality standards and regulations. <br /> <br />C. This project is subject to a National Pollutant discharge Elimination System <br />(NPDES) permit. A "Notice of Intent" shall be filed with the State Regional <br />Water Quality Control Board. <br /> <br />D. Do not block runoff from adjacent properties. The drainage area map developed <br />for the hydrology design shall clearly indicate all areas tributary to the project <br />area. <br /> <br />E. Adequate provisions for silt and erosion control in both construction and post <br />construction phases of development should be provided. Grading should be done <br />in accordance with grading, erosion and sedimentation control plans approved by <br />the City of San Leandro. <br /> <br />F. This office recommends that all storm drains be no less than 12 inches in diameter <br />to minimize maintenance problems. <br /> <br />G. All paved slopes should be a minimum of 0.5%. <br /> <br />H.
