The Senior Commission provided input on the conceptual design and will continue to <br />participate as the project progresses <br />. A general update on this project was given to the lP A RAC on November 15, 2006 <br /> <br />Summary of Public Outreach Efforts <br /> <br />. Two community meetings were held as part of the needs assessment and conceptual design <br />phase; input was solicited on site selection and building/program features <br />. No further public meetings are anticipated <br /> <br />Fiscal Impact <br /> <br />. Projected project costs to date are $5,538,000, which includes land acquisition, consultant <br />design fees for the complete project and construction of Phase I improvements <br />.
