<br />Reports, in accordance with requirements of the City of San Leandro Municipal <br />Code Title VII, Chapter 12 and obtain a grading permit. <br /> <br />R. During construction the following high standards for sanitation are required: <br />Garbage cans, construction dumpsters, and debris piles shall be removed on a <br />minimum weekly basis. All food related trash items such as wrappers, cans, bortles, <br />and food scraps shall be disposed of in closed containers only and shall be regularly <br />removed from the site. Inspections, conducted as part of the regular construction <br />compliance, will be conducted to ensure compliance of the Applicant and <br />contractors with this requirement. <br /> <br />S. Construction activity in the City public right-of-way shall not commence prior to <br />8:00 a.m. and shall cease by 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, unless otherwise <br />approved in writing by the City Engineer. There shall be no construction activity on <br />Saturdays, Sundays or City, or federal, or state holidays in the City public right-of- <br />way. <br /> <br />IV. FIRE DEPARTMENT REQUIREMENTS <br /> <br />A. The project will need to comply with the applicable Building and Fire Codes. Site <br />and Building plans shall be provided for review and approval by the fire <br />department. <br /> <br />B. The water supply requirements for this project will be based on the following <br />information: (2) structures 1,654 sq ft and 4,480 sq ft of Type V non-rated <br />construction., which requires that one (1) hydrant that flows 1750 g. p.m. for 2 <br />hours within 250 ft of the property. Based upon this information the applicant will <br />need to provide the fire flow data from the nearest East Bay Municipal Utility <br />District hydrant, as well as provide the location of the hydrant on the plans and <br />indicate if it is new or existing. <br /> <br />C. Since the project is proposed as condominium the CCR will need to include the <br />maintenance and no parking on any fire access roads provided in the complex. <br /> <br />V. CONSTRUCTION PROVISIONS <br /> <br />A. Construction activity on private property shall not commence prior to 8:00 a.m. <br />and shall cease by 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and no construction activity <br />is permitted on Saturday and Sunday. No such construction is permitted on <br />Federal holidays. As provided in this City of San Leandro's Noise Ordinance <br />(ORDINANCE NO. 2003 - 005), "construction" shall mean any site preparation, <br />assembly, erection, substantial repair, alteration, demolition or similar action, for <br />or on any private property, public or private right-of-way, streets, structures, <br />utilities, facilities, or other similar property. Construction activities carried on in <br />violation of this Article may be enforced as provided in Section 4-11-1130, and <br />may also be enforced by issuance of a stop work order and/or revocation of any or <br />all permits issued for such construction activity. <br /> <br />Agreement to Conditions <br />PLN2005-00021 <br /> <br />September 7, 2006 <br />Page 7 of9 <br />
