<br />~ .' <br /> <br />II. GENERAL CONDITIONS <br /> <br />A. Prior to issuance of a building permit, a Notice of Limitation of Use of Property <br />shall be completed and recorded with the Alameda County Recorder's Office <br />limiting the use of the residence to a single-family home. <br /> <br />B. Prior to issuance of a building permit, details for a story band to be added to the <br />sides and rear elevations shall be provided for approval by the Zoning <br />Enforcement official. Details shall include the material to be used and size. <br /> <br />C. Prior to issuance of a building permit, exact details on the proposed material and <br />size for the window and door trim shall be provided for approval by the Zoning <br />Enforcement Official. <br /> <br />D. The existing door on the front elevation of the first story shall be replaced by a <br />window, which shall be a slider and be trimmed to match with the other window <br />and door trim. <br /> <br />E. As shown on the proposed elevations, all existing double-hung windows shall be <br />replaced to sliders to match the new windows. <br /> <br />F. Prior to issuance of a certificate of occupancy, the existing driveway cut shall be <br />removed and replaced with new sidewalk. The work shall be done to the <br />specifications required by the Engineering and Transportation Department, <br />including obtaining an encroachment permit prior to the start of work. <br /> <br />G. All structures shall be structurally sound and well maintained at all times; any <br />damage to the structures shall be promptly repaired. <br /> <br />H. Any graffiti on the property shall be promptly removed. <br /> <br />1. Construction activity shall not commence prior to 7:00 a.m. and shall cease by <br />7:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and construction activity shall not commence <br />prior to 8:00 a.m. and shall cease by 7:00 p.m. on Sunday and Saturday. No such <br />construction is permitted on Federal holidays. As provided in this City of San <br />Leandro's Noise Ordinance (ORDINANCE NO. 2003 - 005), "construction" shall <br />mean any site preparation, assembly, erection, substantial repair, alteration, <br />demolition or similar action, for or on any private property, public or private right- <br />of-way, streets, structures, utilities, facilities, or other similar property. <br />Construction activities carried on in violation of this Article may be enforced as <br />provided in Section 4-11-1130, and may also be enforced by issuance of a stop <br />work order and/or revocation of any or all permits issued for such construction <br />activity. <br /> <br />1.
