Mayor Santos <br />commented on the Community Preservation Ordinance, noting that he receives many calls <br />regarding trash containers and basketball stands blocking the sidewalk and in the street. <br />Mayor Santos requested concurrence from the Council to make a referral to the Rules and <br />Communications Committee to clearly define what a nuisance is, so that Code Enforcement <br />Officers are able cite violators. <br /> <br />13.
