CR District - Permitted Uses. <br /> <br />The following uses are allowed in the CR District, and a conditional use <br />permit is not required. (Certain uses are subject to special requirements <br />and/or limitations, as prescribed following the individual use classification.) <br /> <br />1 . Accessory uses, other than Entertainment Activities, when in <br />conjunction with a permitted use. <br />2. Cafes. <br />3. Commercial Recreation. (Arcades and Game Centers prohibited.) <br />4. Fast Food Establishments, Small Scale. <br />5. Health and Fitness Centers. <br />6. Instruction and Improvement Services. <br />7. Marine Sales and Service. <br />8. Neighborhood/Specialty Food Markets. <br />9. Park and Recreation Facilities. <br />10. Restaurants, Full-Service. <br />11 . Retail Sales. <br />12. Theaters, Small Scale. <br />13. Travel Services. <br />14. Utilities, Minor. <br /> <br />B.
