CN District - Uses Requirinq Administrative Review. <br /> <br />The following uses are allowed in the CN District, subject to the approval <br />of a Zoning Permit by the Zoning Enforcement Official, as per the <br />requirements of Article 21. <br /> <br />1. Automatic Teller Machines. <br />2. Cafes. (Administrative Review is required to establish or to enlarge a <br />Restaurant or Cafe that would have either a gross floor area of two <br />thousand (2,000) square feet, or larger, or a dining area of one <br />thousand (1,000) square feet, or larger. (Standards for review are <br />specified in Section 2-674.G.) <br />3. Parking Lot. <br />4. Recycling Facilities, Bulk Reverse Vending Machines. (Subject to <br />the regulations of Section 4-1646: Recycling Facilities.) <br />5. Recycling Facilities, Single-Feed Reverse Vending Machines. <br />(Subject to the regulations of Section 4-1646: Recycling Facilities.) <br />6. Recycling Facilities, Small Collection. (Subject to the regulations of <br />Section 4-1646: Recycling Facilities.) <br />7. Restaurants, Full-Service. (Administrative Review is required to <br />establish or to enlarge a Restaurant or Cafe that would have either a <br />gross floor area of two thousand (2,000) square feet, or larger, or a <br />dining area of one thousand (1,000) square feet, or larger. <br />(Standards for review are specified in Section 2-674.G.) <br />8.
