P District - Uses Requirinq Administrative Review. <br /> <br />The following uses are allowed in the P District, subject to the approval of <br />a Zoning Permit by the Zoning Enforcement Official, as per the <br />requirements of Article 21. <br /> <br />1. Automatic Teller Machines. <br />2. Parking Lot. <br />3. Recycling Facilities, Single-Feed Reverse Vending Machine (subject <br />to the regulations of Section 4-1646: Recycling Facilities). <br />4.
