Relationship to the East 14th Street South Area Development Strateqy <br /> <br />The South Area 1, 2, and 3 zoning districts have been created to <br />implement the East 14th Street Development Strategy (Development <br />Strategy). The Development Strategy identifies 5 activity areas. SA-1 District - Permitted Uses. <br /> <br />The following uses are allowed in the SA-1 District, and a conditional use <br />permit is not required, for tenant spaces up to 25,000 square feet. Spaces <br />in excess of 25,000 square feet can be allowed through the approval of a <br />conditional use permit. (Certain uses are subject to special requirements <br />and/or limitations, as prescribed following the individual use classification.) <br /> <br />1. Accessory uses, other than Entertainment Activities, when in <br />conjunction with a permitted use. <br />2. Animal Sales. <br />3. Artists' Studios. <br />4. Business and Trade Schools. <br />5. Business Services. <br />6. Cafes.
