Adopted 7/16/2001 - Effective 8/15/2001 (includes amendments effective through 2007) City of San Leandro Zoning Code - Article 6 D. SA-2 District - Uses Requirinq Administrative Review. The following uses are allowed in the SA-2 District, subject to the approval of a Zoning Permit by the Zoning Enforcement Official, as per the requirements of Article 21. 1. Artists' Studios. 2. Automatic Teller Machine. 3. Business Services. 4. Cafes. (Administrative Review is required to establish or to enlarge a Cafe that would have either a gross floor area of two thousand (2,000) square feet, or larger, or a dining area of one thousand (1,000) square feet, or larger. Standards for review are specified in Section 2-674.G.) 5. Government Offices. 6. Health and Fitness Centers. 7. Neighborhood/Specialty Food Markets. 8. Offices, Business and Professional. 9. Recycling Facilities, Bulk Reverse Vending Machine. (Subject to the regulations of Section 4-1646: Recycling Facilities.) 10. Recycling Facilities, Single-Feed Reverse Vending Machines (Subject to the regulations of Section 4-1646: Recycling Facilities.) 11. Recycling Facilities, Small Collection. (Subject to the regulations of Section 4-1646: Recycling Facilities.) 12. Restaurants, Full-Service. 13. Retail Sales. (Single tenants over ten thousand (10,000) s.t. in size require approval of a conditional use permit.) 14. Supermarkets. 15. Travel Services. 16. Utilities, Minor. E. SA-2 District - Temporary Uses Requirinq Administrative Review. The following temporary uses are allowed in the SA-2 District, subject to the regulations of Section 5-2222: Temporary Use Permits. 1. Christmas Tree and Pumpkin Sales. 2. Circuses and Carnivals. 3. Commercial Filming. 4. Real Estate Offices, Temporary. 5. Retail Sales, Outdoor. 6. Storage Containers, Temporary. 7.
