<br />Adopted 7/16/2001 - Effective 8/15/2001 <br />(includes amendments effective through 2007) <br /> <br />City of San Leandro Zoning Code - Article 6 <br /> <br />The following temporary uses are allowed in the DA-4 District, subject to <br />the regulations of Section 5-2222: Temporary Use Permits. <br /> <br />1. Assembly Uses, Temporary. <br />2. Commercial Filming, Limited. <br />3. Street and Neighborhood Fairs. <br /> <br />2-644 <br /> <br />Rosorved DA-5 Use Regulations <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />DA-5 District - Permitted Uses. <br /> <br />The following uses are allowed in the DA-5 District, and a conditional <br />use permit is not required, provided that the use does not operate <br />between the hours of 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. (Certain uses are subject to <br />special requirements and/or limitations, as prescribed following the <br />individual use classification.) <br /> <br />1. Accessory uses, other than Entertainment Activities, when in <br />conjunction with a permitted use. <br />2. Artists' Studios. <br />3. Cafes. <br />4. Catering Services. <br />5. Health and Fitness Centers. <br />6. Mixed-Use Residential with retail or office uses on the ground floor. <br />7. Multi-Family Residential. (Minimum density of 80 units per acre on <br />parcels 20,000 s.f. or greater; on parcels less than 20,000 s.f. the <br />density shall not exceed 24 units per acre). <br />8. Neighborhood/Specialty Food Markets (Single tenants 10,000 s.f. in <br />size or less only, when in conjunction with mixed-use residential uses <br />on the upper floors.) <br />9. Offices, Business and Professional when in conjunction with mixed- <br />use residential on the upper floors. <br />10. Park and Recreation Facilities. <br />11. Restaurants, Full-Service. (If the proposed use has either a gross floor <br />area of two thousand (2,000) square feet, or larger, or a dining area of <br />one thousand (1,000) square feet or larger, Administrative Review is <br />required per Subsection D.2, below.) <br />12. Retail Sales when in conjunction with mixed-use residential on the <br />upper floors. <br />13. Retail Services. <br />14. Utilities, Minor. <br /> <br />B.
