CR-M District. Additional Buildinq Setback Requirements: <br /> <br />1. No building in the C-RM District shall be constructed within forty (40) feet of <br />a building site in an R District Any other restriction on yards shall be as <br />established pursuant to a conditional use approval or development <br />agreement <br /> <br />D. NA-1 District. Additional Buildinq Setback Requirements: <br /> <br />1. Side yard requirements in the NA-1 District shall be increased to twenty- <br />five (25) feet if abutting residentially zoned property. <br /> <br />2. Rear yard requirements in the NA-1 District when adjoining RS Districts, <br />shall be increased to twenty-five (25) feet for the first and second story and <br />thirty-five (35) feet for the third story. Rear yards in the NA-1 District, when <br />adjoining RD or RM Districts, shall be increased to twenty-five (25) feet <br /> <br />E. NA-2 District. Additional Buildinq Setback Requirements: <br /> <br />1. The front yard setback in the NA-2 District shall be as follows: twenty (20) <br />feet for one (1) and two (2) story buildings and twenty-five (25) feet for <br />three (3) story buildings. <br /> <br />2. Side setbacks in the NA-2 District shall be fifteen (15) feet or one-half (%) <br />the building height, whichever is greater. <br /> <br />3.
