Screeninq of Mechanical Equipment shall be subject to the regulations of <br />Section 4-1664: Screening of Mechanical Equipment. All outdoor storage <br />and refuse storage areas shall be screened so as not to be visible from any <br />street, public way, or R, P, PHD, or IP District. <br /> <br />H. Refuse Storaqe Areas shall be subject to the regulations of Section 4-1666: <br />Refuse Storage Areas. All outdoor storage and refuse storage areas shall <br />be screened so as not to be visible from any street, public way, or R, P, <br />PHD, or IP District. <br /> <br />I. Underqround Utilities shall be subject to the regulations of Section 4-1668: <br />Underground Utilities. <br /> <br />J. Performance Standards shall be subject to the regulations of Section 4- <br />1670: Performance Standards. <br /> <br />K. Nonconforminq Structures and Nonconforminq Siqns shall be subject to the <br />regulations of Article 20: Nonconforming Uses and Structures. <br /> <br />L. Other Requirements: C-RM (Commercial - Reqional Mall) District. The <br />following additional requirements shall apply to development approvals in <br />the C-RM District at the time when new improvements are constructed and <br />only in that area of the site that is related to such new construction. <br /> <br />1. All signs shall be subject to the San Leandro Sign Code with respect <br />to requirements for installation permits and maintenance. <br /> <br />2.
