SECTION 4: <br />Anew Section 1-3-710 of the San Leandro Municipal Code is hereby added as follows: <br />1-3-710 OVERSIGHT RESPONSIBILITY <br />The Commission shall be responsible for oversight of the City of San Leandro's <br />Community Assistance Grant Fund Program.
