DRAFT MINUTES Page 4 September 17, 2007 City of San Leandro City Council and San Leandro Redevelopment Agency Joint Meeting Resolution No. 2007-122 , Resolution Approving the 2006-2007 Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER) and Authorizing Submission Thereof by the City Manager (approves CAPER, describing all the projects undertaken and funds expended during the program year, as formulated by the Consolidated Action Plan for 2006-2007). Matter of Proposed Amendments to Title 6, Chapter 4 of the San Leandro Administrative Code Relating to City Fees in Community Development De Building and Safety Services and Planning Services Divisions for Fiscal Year 2007- 08. This being the time and place for the Public Hearing on the above matter, City Manager Jermanis gave background on the item and introduced Interim Community Development Director Luke Sims. Mr. Sims described the various corrections to the fee schedule proposed for adoption. The Hearing was then opened to the public. There being no comments from the public, and without objection, the Public Hearing was closed.
