Parcel Map 9600 2 October 1, 2007 <br />Since the development on Parcel B will create more than 10,000 square feet of impervious <br />surface area, the project must comply with the Alameda Countywide Clean Water Program and <br />meet all requirements specified in the C.3 Stormwater Technical Guidance Handbook. <br />Preliminary improvement plans prepared by the applicant's engineer show the use of bio-swales <br />to meet the Stormwater treatment requirement.
