Draft RFQ for Master Developer October 10, 2007 The City's website has been updated to include aShoreline-Marina Area Development section in the Business Development Section of the Doing Business tab. Information regarding the RFQ, as well as supporting documentation, such as the Connections Plan, Shoreline-Marina Committee agendas, reports and highlights, and current zoning information, are now available on-line. The Environmental Assessment Report will be available by the end of the calendar year. The weblinks have been incorporated into the final draft and the RFQ will be posted on-line on November 9, 2007. The RFQ is scheduled to be issued to approximately 50 developers by mail on November 9, 2007 with a submittal deadline of February 1, 2008. These developers were selected from the City's database, as well as from lists from the cities of Oakland, Alameda and Long Beach.
