IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2007-137 (1049/2925) <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A NEW EMERGENCY VEHICLE ACCESS EASEMENT <br />ACROSS LOT 4 AND LOT 5 OF TRACT 7382, 1300 BUSINESS CENTER DRIVE, <br />SAN LEANDRO, PORTIONS OF ASSESSOR'S PARCEL NOS. 079A-0591-011 <br />AND 079A-0591-006 <br />RECITALS <br />WHEREAS, a resolution has been submitted to this council for the summary vacation of <br />the Emergency Vehicle Access Easement (EVAE) on Lot 4 of Tract 7382 in conjunction with <br />this resolution; and <br />WHEREAS, the proposed easement has been approved by the Alameda County Fire <br />Department for emergency vehicle access purposes; and <br />WHEREAS, the easement to be accepted by this resolution spans Lot 4 and Lot 5 of <br />Tract 7382 and is more precisely described in Exhibits "A" and `B", attached hereto, and made a <br />part hereof. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />1. That the City Council hereby accepts the new EVAE on behalf of the public. <br />2.
