Attachment to Ordinance 2004-004 <br />Amendments to Zoning Code, Article 6 <br />2-604 CN District -Use Regulations <br />A. CN District -Permitted Uses. <br />REMOVE: <br />Restaurants/Cafes. (If the proposed use has either a gross floor area of one thousand five <br />hundred (1,500) square feet, or larger, or a dining area of seven hundred fifty (750 )square <br />feet, or larger, Administrative Review is required per Subsection D.6, below.) <br />REPLACE WITH: <br />Cafes. (If the proposed use has either a gross floor area of two thousand (2,000) square <br />feet, or larger, or a dining area of one thousand (1, 000) square feet, or larger, Administrative <br />Review is required per Subsection D. 6, below.) <br />Restaurants, Full-Service. (If the proposed use has either a gross floor area of two <br />thousand (2, 000) square feet, or larger, or a dining area of one thousand (1, 000) square <br />feet, or larger, Administrative Review is required per Subsection D.6, below.) <br />D. (Administrative Review is required to establish or to enlarge a <br />Restaurant or Cafe that would have either a gross floor area of fifteen hundred (1,500) <br />square feet, or larger, or a dining area of seven hundred fifty (750) square feet, or larger. <br />(Standards for review are specified in Section 2-674.G). <br />REPLACE WITH: <br />Cafes. (Administrative Review is required to establish or to enlarge a Restaurant or Cafe <br />that would have either a gross floor area of two thousand (2, 000) square feet, or larger, or a <br />dining area of one thousand (1,000) square feet, or larger.
