Restaurants Full-Service or Cafes in the CN District, are subject to Administrative Review if the <br />proposal has, or would result in, either a gross floor area of one thousand five hundred (1,500) <br />square feet, or larger, or a dining area of seven hundred fifty (750) square feet, or larger. Zoning <br />permit review pursuant to Article 21 shall include, but is not limited to, a review of the proposal's <br />generation of parking demand, hours of operation, and signage. In order to assure consistency with <br />the purpose of the CN District as stated in Section 2-600, the Zoning Enforcement Official may <br />impose conditions to limit hours of operations and signage further than what is prescribed elsewhere <br />in this Code. The standard for approval is the Zoning Enforcement Official's ability to make the <br />required findings, as listed below: <br />1. That the proposed location and operation of the Restaurant Full-Service, or Cafe is in <br />accord with the provisions of this code, and the purposes and specific standards of <br />the CN District in which the site is located; <br />Zoning Code Amendments Page 6 of 9 <br />
