CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br />PLN2006-00061 - 610 Aladdin Avenue <br />Edgar & Associates (Applicant) <br />Alameda County Industries, LLC (Property Owner) <br />I. COMPLIANCE WITH APPROVED PLANS <br />A. The property owner shall comply with Exhibit A and B dated February 15, 2007, <br />except as hereinafter modified. (Copies of Exhibit A are on file in the <br />Community Development Department, 835 East 14th Street, San Leandro, <br />California). <br />Exhibit A -Proposed Site Plan <br />Exhibit B -Operations and Parking Site Plans <br />B. The applicant and/or property owner shall be responsible for assuring that any <br />successor in interest who assumes responsibility for this conditional use permit <br />approval is informed of its terms and conditions. <br />II. PERMITTED USE <br />A. This conditional use permit approval allows for an increase in the daily tons per <br />day at the existing Direct Transfer from 150 tons per day to a maximum of 280 <br />tons per day, as well as the associated vehicle trips per day; 610 Aladdin Avenue; <br />Alameda County Assessor's Parcel Number 77B-800-15 . <br />B. All applicable conditions of approval listed in the agreement to conditions for <br />CU-95-10, CU-96-18, CU-97-7, the Administrative Approval letter dated June 27, <br />2000 (regarding permitting of green waste collection and processing), and the <br />Administrative Approval letter dated March 15, 2001 (regarding permitting of <br />construction and demolition materials collection and processing), and PLN2001- <br />00049 to allow for the establishment of the Direct Transfer Facility, shall remain <br />in full effect. <br />III. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS <br />A. Applicant shall continue to comply with specifications for a direct transfer facility, <br />as outlined in Title 14 of the California Code of Regulations, which include but <br />are not limited to the following: <br />1. The facility only handles solid waste that has been placed within covered <br />containers or vehicles prior to entering the facility and that is transported <br />in vehicles owned or leased by that same operator; <br />2. The facility does not handle, separate, or otherwise process the solid <br />waste; <br />3.
