(Applicant and Property Owner) <br />L COMPLIANCE WITH APPROVED PLANS <br />A. The project shall comply with Exhibits A through D, dated August 24, 2006, except <br />as hereinafter modified. (Exhibits are on file at the City of San Leandro, Community <br />Development Department, 835 East 14th Street, San Leandro, California, 94577). <br />Exhibit A -Site Plan <br />Exhibit B -Carport Elevation and Plan <br />Exhibit C -Vesting Tentative Map, Tract No. 7791 and Phase 1, 2 and 3 <br />of Condominium Plan <br />Exhibit D -Car Lift Manufacturers Information <br />B. The applicant shall be responsible for assuring that any successor in interest who <br />assumes responsibility for this zoning approval is informed of its terms and <br />conditions. <br />C. The use permit and approval shall expire in two years from the date on which it <br />became effective unless a building permit is obtained and construction begun. All <br />applications processed concurrent with a Subdivision shall be valid for the life of the <br />tentative map. If a subdivision approval, the expiration of other approved concurrent <br />permits or approvals shall be two years, but shall also require the recording of the <br />Final Map or Parcel Map within that time. <br />A request for a time extension from the expiration date within two years of the date <br />of approval can be considered if an application with required fee is filed at least 60 <br />days before the original expiration date (otherwise a new application is required). A <br />public hearing shall be required for all extension applications, except those <br />involving only minor design changes or revisions. <br />IL PERMITTED USES <br />A. This use permit approval is for the conversion of the Willows Townhouse <br />Apartments, a 122-unit apartment complex, to condominium ownership. As part <br />of the condominium conversion approval, the property owner shall increase the <br />current off-street parking supply with the installation of approximately 81 car lifts <br />on the property. The total number of parking spaces shall be a minimum of 233 <br />spaces, including the car lifts accounting for two vehicles, and 56 at-grade <br />assignable parking spaces and 15 at-grade guest parking spaces. The guest parking <br />spaces shall be marked or signed for guests use. This is also approval of Vesting <br />Tentative Map Tract No. 7791 to create a subdivision for condominium <br />Agreement to Conditions October 16, 2006 <br />PLN2006-0003 ] Page 3 of 15 <br />
