CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br />PLN2006-00085 <br />1717 Doolittle Drive <br />Doolittle Williams LLC (Applicant/Property Owner) <br />I. COMPLIANCE WITH APPROVED PLANS <br />A. The property owner shall comply with Exhibit A and B dated November 16, 2006, <br />except as hereinafter modified. (Copies of Exhibit A are on file in the <br />Community Development Department, 835 East 14th Street, San Leandro, <br />California). <br />Exhibit A -Site Plan <br />Exhibit B -Designated Transport Carrier Unloading Area <br />B. The applicant and/or property owner shall be responsible for assuring that any <br />successor in interest who assumes responsibility for this conditional use permit <br />approval is informed of its terms and conditions. <br />II. PERMITTED USE <br />A. This conditional use permit approval allows for an approximately 4.6 acre portion <br />of at the rear of 1717 Doolittle Drive, where the property fronts Aurora Drive, to <br />be used for vehicle storage, for a term of not more than five years (December <br />2011). Vehicle storage is limited to Areas A, B, C & F, as indicated on Exhibit A; <br />1717 Doolittle Drive; Alameda County Assessor's Parcel Number 79A-541-10. <br />B. Requests to extend the term of the use permit approval beyond December 2011, or <br />to change or expand the areas where vehicle storage is permitted, shall be provided <br />in writing to the Community Development Director, who may refer the matter back <br />to the Board of Zoning Adjustments for their consideration. <br />III. LANDSCAPE <br />A. Street trees shall be planted along the approximately 390-foot Williams Street <br />frontage of the project site area. Trees shall be a minimum 24-inch box size and <br />shall be spaced a minimum of 25 feet off center, but not more than 30 feet off- <br />center. A list of acceptable street trees shall be obtained from Public Works. <br />B. Shrubs similar to the existing hedge shall be planted in those areas where they are <br />missing on the Williams Street frontage, to provide for a continuous screening <br />hedge. <br />C. The existing irrigation within the landscape area along the Williams Street frontage <br />shall be adjusted as necessary to provide adequate water to the new planting and <br />shall be kept in good repair at all times. <br />Agreement to Conditions November 16, 2006 <br />PLN2006-00085 Page 3 of 4 <br />
