i,....~. <br />III. MAINTENANCE <br />A. The site shall be well maintained and shall be kept free of litter, debris and weeds. <br />B. The signage shall be kept in a good, clean, sound condition at all times; any damage to the <br />signs shall be promptly repaired. <br />C. Any graffiti shall be removed from the building walls, news racks or any other outdoor <br />furniture, in a timely manner. <br />IV. GENERAL CONDITIONS <br />A. There shall be no outside storage of any type in loading or parking stalls or landscape <br />planters. Those areas shall be kept free of obstruction and available for their designated use at <br />all times. <br />B. Placement of new or additional newsracks shall comply with the City's Newsrack <br />Regulations, Chapter 6, Title 5 of the San Leandro Municipal Code and may not be <br />established without prior City approval. <br />C. The approvals granted by the City as a result of this application, as well as the Conditions of <br />Approval, shall be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of Alameda County. <br />D. No application for amendment of the application or Conditions of Approval maybe accepted <br />or submitted for processing by the City unless (i) there is full compliance with all terms of the <br />application and Conditions of Approval; or (ii) the Community Development Director waives <br />compliance with the terms of the application and Conditions of Approval pending application <br />for the amendment. <br />Agreement to Conditions May 20, 2005 <br />PLN2005-00047 Page 4 of 4 <br />
