CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br />PLN2005-00050 -Fulton Avenue at Evergreen Avenue <br />Assessor's Parcel Number 77E-1532-1-5 <br />Cingular Wireless (applicant) and <br />Pacific Gas & Electric Company (property owner) <br />I COMPLIANCE WITH APPROVED PLANS <br />A. The project shall comply with Exhibits A through H, dated February 16, 2006, <br />except as hereinafter modified. The applicant and/or property owner shall be responsible for assuring that any <br />successor in interest who assumes responsibility for this zoning approval is <br />informed of its terms and conditions. <br />II PERMITTED USE <br />A. This Conditional Use approval permits a 12- foot height extension and installation <br />of wireless communication antennas and a parabolic microwave dish to be mounted <br />on an existing Pacific Gas & Electric (PG&E) transmission tower, and an associated <br />equipment shelter near the base of the tower, on PG&E property located near the <br />intersection of Fulton and Evergreen Avenues, Assessor's Parcel Number 77E-1532- <br />1-5. The installation shall be limited to nine (9) wireless communication antenna <br />panels, in three sectors of three antennas each, and one two-foot diameter <br />microwave dish on the 70 foot tall PG&E transmission tower at the south easterly <br />end of the site, adjacent to Fulton Avenue. The panel antennas shall be no greater <br />than four feet, ten inches tall by ten inches wide and the antennas shall be mounted <br />so the top of the antennas do not extend above the top of the extension, which is 83 <br />feet from the ground. The microwave dish shall be located at a height not to exceed <br />35 feet from the ground. <br />B. The new 12-foot height extension to the tower, the antennas, microwave dish, coax <br />cables and all other equipment attached to the tower shall be painted to match the <br />existing tower. <br />Conditions of Approval February 16, 2006 <br />PLN2005-00050 Page 1 of 4 <br />
