C. The equipment shelter will be concrete material and be 20 feet wide by 12 feet deep <br />and 10 feet, 3 inches tall. In addition to the wireless communication antennas, two <br />(2) Geographic Positioning System (GPS) antenna will be mounted to the top of the <br />equipment shelter, and shall not extend more than seven inches above the fence <br />surrounding the equipment shelter. <br />D. The equipment shelter will be screened by 19-foot by 32-foot solid redwood fence <br />to be stained with a natural wood color, similar to the existing wood screens for the <br />other wireless equipment shelters on site. The fence height shall not exceed 10 feet, <br />six inches. <br />III CONSTRUCTION PROVISIONS <br />A. Construction shall commence within one year following the Board of Zoning <br />Adjustments approval and shall be substantially completed one year thereafter. The <br />proper Building Permits shall be obtained from the Building and Safety Services <br />division of the Community Development Department. <br />B. Construction of the project shall remain in substantial compliance with the <br />approved exhibits and plans. Any change to the project design or materials shall <br />be subject to the review and approval of the Zoning Enforcement Officials who <br />may administratively approve or require review by the Board of Zoning <br />Adjustments as a modification to appropriate application approval listed above. <br />C. Construction activity shall not commence prior to 7:00 a.m. and shall cease by <br />7:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and no construction activity is permitted on <br />Sundays, Saturdays and Federal holidays. As provided in this City of San <br />Leandro's Noise Ordinance (ORDINANCE NO.2003 - 005), "construction" shall <br />mean any site preparation, assembly, erection, substantial repair, alteration, <br />demolition or similar action, for or on any private property, public right-of--way, <br />streets, structures, utilities, facilities or similar property. Construction activities <br />carried on in violation of this Article may be enforced as provided in Section 4- <br />11-1130, and may also be enforced by issuance of a stop work order and/or <br />revocation of any or all permits issued for such construction activity. <br />D. Construction activity shall not create dust, noise, or safety hazards for adjacent <br />residents and properties. Dirt and mud shall not be tracked onto Fulton Avenue <br />from the project site. <br />E. Construction activities shall not create dust, noise, or safety hazards for adjacent <br />properties. <br />F.
