CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br />PLN2005-00073 <br />14722 Wicks Boulevard <br />George Woltring, South West Fleet Leasing (Applicant) <br />Reynolds and Brown (Property Owner) <br />I. COMPLIANCE WITH APPROVED PLANS <br />A. The property owner shall comply with Exhibits A and B, attached to the staff <br />report dated August 4, 2005, except as hereinafter modified. (Copies of the <br />exhibits are on file in the Community Development Department, 835 East 14th <br />Street, San Leandro, California). <br />Exhibit A -Site Plan <br />Exhibit B -Floor Plan <br />II. PERMITTED USE <br />A. This conditional use permit is to allow retail sales of used cars via the Internet <br />only and four indoor designated spaces for the temporary parking of vehicles <br />purchased for local pick-up at 14722 Wicks Boulevard, Alameda County <br />Assessor's Parcel Number 77B-851-37-2. Any change or addition to the operation <br />of the used car sales business, including increase in office space or additional <br />vehicle display space, shall be subject to the review of the Community <br />Development Director, who may approve administratively or direct to the Board <br />of Zoning Adjustments for a formal public hearing as a modification to the use <br />permit. Any modification to expand the business to have outdoor activity such as <br />vehicle display or storage shall be a modification of this use permit and subject to <br />the discretionary review of the Board of Zoning Adjustments <br />B. This conditional use permit is specific to South West Fleet Leasing and is not <br />transferable to another California Department of Motor Vehicle (DMV) licensed <br />Vehicle Retail Sales dealer. <br />C. The hours shall be restricted to 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. <br />Any modification to the hours shall be subject to the review and approval of the <br />Community Development Director who may approve the request or direct the <br />matter to the Board of Zoning Adjustments. <br />III. SIGNAGE <br />A. The sign program for South West Fleet Leasing shall conform with the City's <br />Zoning Code relating to signs, Article 18.
