IV. MAINTENANCE <br />A. All exterior building surfaces shall be maintained in clean and orderly conditions. <br />The site shall be kept free of litter, debris and weeds. <br />B. There shall be no vehicle repair or servicing of any vehicles performed on the <br />property. No salvage of vehicle parts shall be conducted on the property. <br />C. No wrecked vehicles, discarded auto parts, or any auto parts shall be stored on the <br />property; no long-term (greater than 72 hours) storage of vehicles is permitted on <br />the property. <br />D. No "For Sale" signs shall be placed on any vehicle on the property. There shall be <br />no vehicles displayed for sale on the property. <br />E. The use permit conditions of approval shall be made accessible to all employees <br />on the property. <br />F. Any graffiti shall be promptly removed from building walls and/or fences. The <br />applicant and any successors in interest shall comply with the rules and <br />regulations of the City's graffiti removal program and shall grant a license and <br />right of entry as requested to enforce the terms of such program. <br />G. The signs on the property shall be well maintained at all times. Any damage to <br />the signs shall be promptly repaired or replaced. <br />H. All landscaping shall be maintained in a healthy and growing condition at all times. <br />Any damaged or dead plant material shall be promptly replaced with a plant <br />material similar in type and comparable in size to the plant(s) being removed. <br />I. The applicant shall keep the entire site free of litter accumulations, including <br />removal of litter, which collects against fences or buildings or the landscaped area <br />facing Wicks Boulevard. <br />V. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS <br />A. Any complaints regarding this business maybe grounds for a review hearing by the <br />Board of Zoning Adjustments or revocation of the business license by the City <br />Finance Department, subject to a decision by the Community Development <br />Director. <br />B. The approvals granted by the City as a result of this application, as well as the <br />Conditions of Approval, shall be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of <br />Alameda County. <br />C. No application for amendment of the application or Conditions of Approval maybe <br />submitted or accepted for processing by the City unless (i) thereis full compliance <br />Agreement to Conditions August 4, 2005 <br />PLN2005-00073 Page 4 of 5 <br />
