D. All fencing and walls on site shall be structurally sound, graffiti-free and well <br />maintained at all times. <br />E. Barbed or razor wire shall not be installed on any fence, wall, or building on site. <br />III. OUTDOOR STORAGE <br />A. Outdoor storage shall be limited to the fenced-in area as shown on Exhibit A. <br />B. Outdoor storage of materials shall be strictly related to the operation of the <br />principal use and in no case does this approval allow outdoor storage or display of <br />merchandise, goods, or materials for retail or wholesale sales. <br />C. The storage of materials and/or equipment at a height above the screening wall is <br />not permitted. <br />IV. GENERAL CONDITIONS <br />A. The site shall be well-maintained and shall be kept free of litter, debris, and weeds <br />at all times. <br />B. No amendment application for amendment of the application or Conditions of <br />Approval may be submitted or accepted for processing by the city unless (i) there <br />is full compliance with all terms of the application and Conditions of Approval; or <br />(ii) the Community Development Director can waive compliance with the terms of <br />the application if they are minor in content. <br />C.
