Trash enclosures and/or recycling areas must be completely covered; no other area shall <br />drain onto this area. <br />Q. All on-site storm drains must be labeled `moo Dumping -Drains to Bay" using <br />thermoplastic paint. <br />R. All on-site storm drains must be cleaned at least twice a year; once immediately prior to <br />the rainy season (October 15) and once in January. Additional cleaning may be <br />required by the City Engineer <br />S. Prepare a site plan for review and approval by the Senior Transportation Engineer <br />illustrating the proposed traffic circulation. <br />T. All paved outdoor storage areas must be designed to reduce/limit the potential for <br />runoff to contact pollutants, such as, bulk materials stored outdoors may need to be <br />covered as deemed appropriate by the City Engineer. <br />V. FIRE REQUIREMENTS <br />A. The project shall comply with all Building and Fire Code requirements and with the <br />California Building Code 2001 and with all applicable local City ordinances. <br />VII. POLICE DEPARTMENT REQUIREMENTS <br />A. All lights for the signs shall be lit at all times or be replaced within 72-hour notice by <br />any City official upon notice that any lighting is not operable. <br />B. All debris and recycled products to be left in bins shall be screened from the street or <br />any public right-of--way in a manner approved by the Community Development <br />Director. Such screened areas shall be left locked when employees are not present. <br />The screened area, if shared by more than one business, shall alternate months when <br />each business is held responsible for maintaining the area free of debris. A <br />maintenance schedule shall be displayed and readable at all times with contact name <br />and number listed. City crews or subcontractors can be utilized to maintain the site <br />within 24 hours of notification. The responsible party shall be responsible to <br />reimburse the City for the maintenance work, debris removal costs, plus all <br />administrative fees. <br />VIII. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS <br />A.
