CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL 1922 Williams Street K & P Sakellariou, Auto Hound (Applicants) J & A Enterprises (Property Owners) PLN2006-00002 I. COMPLIANCE WITH APPROVED PLANS A. The property owner shall comply with Exhibits A through G, dated April 6, 2006, except as hereinafter modified. (Copies of Exhibits A thru G are on file in the Community Development Department, 835 East 14th Street, San Leandro, California). Exhibit A - Aerial Photograph of Site and Vicinity Exhibit B - Site Plan Exhibit C - Floor Plan Exhibit D - Photographs of Signs and Locations Exhibit E - Sign Details Exhibit F - Photographs of Property Exhibit G - Applicant's DMV Property Use Verification Form B. The applicant and/or property owner shall be responsible for assuring that any successor in interest who assumes responsibility for this zoning approval is informed of its terms and conditions. II. PERMITTED USE A. This conditional use permit is to allow an office for vehicle retail sales of used (and occasionally new) cars and two (2) designated display spaces. Vehicles will be sold by appointment only at 1922 Williams Street, Assessor's Parcel Number 79A-375-6-2. Any change or addition to the operation of the used car sales business, including increase in office space or additional vehicle display space, shall be subject to the review of the Community Development Director, who may approve the request administratively or direct it to the Board of Zoning Adjustments for a formal public hearing as a modification to the use permit. B. This conditional use permit is specific to Auto Hound and is not transferable to another DMV licensed Vehicle Retail Sales dealer. C. Any modification to the display area or number of vehicles for display shall be subject to the review and approval of the Community Development Director who may approve the request administratively or direct the matter to the Board of Zoning Adjustments.
