CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br />1922 Williams Street <br />K & P Sakellariou, Auto Hound (Applicants) <br />J & A Enterprises (Property Owners) <br />PLN2006-00002 <br />I. COMPLIANCE WITH APPROVED PLANS <br />A. The property owner shall comply with Exhibits A through G, dated April <br />6, 2006, except as hereinafter modified. (Copies of Exhibits A thru G are <br />on file in the Community Development Department, 835 East 14th Street, <br />San Leandro, California). <br />Exhibit A - Aerial Photograph of Site and Vicinity <br />Exhibit B - Site Plan <br />Exhibit C - Floor Plan <br />Exhibit D - Photographs of Signs and Locations <br />Exhibit E - Sign Details <br />Exhibit F - Photographs of Property <br />Exhibit G - Applicant's DMV Property Use Verification Form <br />B. The applicant and/or property owner shall be responsible for assuring that <br />any successor in interest who assumes responsibility for this zoning approval <br />is informed of its terms and conditions. <br />II. PERMITTED USE <br />A. This conditional use permit is to allow an office for vehicle retail sales of <br />used (and occasionally new) cars and two (2) designated display spaces. <br />Vehicles will be sold by appointment only at 1922 Williams Street, <br />Assessor's Parcel Number 79A-375-6-2. Any change or addition to the <br />operation of the used car sales business, including increase in office space <br />or additional vehicle display space, shall be subject to the review of the <br />Community Development Director, who may approve the request <br />administratively or direct it to the Board of Zoning Adjustments for a <br />formal public hearing as a modification to the use permit. <br />B. This conditional use permit is specific to Auto Hound and is not <br />transferable to another DMV licensed Vehicle Retail Sales dealer. <br />C. Any modification to the display area or number of vehicles for display <br />shall be subject to the review and approval of the Community <br />Development Director who may approve the request administratively or <br />direct the matter to the Board of Zoning Adjustments. <br />Agreement to Conditions April 6, 2006 <br />PLN2006-00002 Page 4 of 6 <br />
