D. Prior to approval and issuance of a business license, the applicant shall <br />obtain approval of the new site address ("1922") from the Building and <br />Safety Services Division of the Community Development Department. <br />E. No wrecked vehicles maybe stored on the property. No salvage of vehicle <br />parts shall be conducted on the property. <br />F. No automotive repair work, detailing or cleaning of the vehicles related to <br />the Auto Hound business shall be conducted on the property. <br />G. The hours shall be restricted to 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through <br />Saturday, by appointments only. Any modification to the hours shall be <br />subject to the review and approval of the Community Development <br />Director who may approve the request administratively or direct the matter <br />to the Board of Zoning Adjustments. <br />III. SIGNAGE <br />A. The signage for the two-vehicle display spaces and the office shall comply <br />with the size, colors and location indicated on Exhibit C, Exhibit D and <br />Exhibit E. <br />IV. MAINTENANCE <br />A. All exterior building surfaces shall be maintained in clean and orderly <br />conditions. The site shall be kept free of litter, debris and weeds. <br />B. Any graffiti shall be promptly removed from building walls and/or fences. <br />The applicant and any successors in interest shall comply with the rules <br />and regulations of the City's graffiti removal program and shall grant a <br />license and right of entry as requested to enforce the terms of such <br />program. <br />C. The signs on the property shall be well maintained at all times. Any <br />damage to the signs shall be promptly repaired or replaced. <br />D. Unauthorized and temporary signage shall not be permitted on the <br />property, except as approved for a specified amount of time in a Special <br />Event Permit granted by the City Community Development Department. <br />V. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS <br />A. Any complaints regarding this business maybe grounds for a review hearing <br />by the Board of Zoning Adjustments or revocation of the business license by <br />the City Finance Department, subject to a decision by the Community <br />Development Director. <br />Agreement to Conditions April 6, 2006 <br />PLN2006-00002 Page 5 of 6 <br />
