Riego-Pascual (Applicants), D. Grigsby (Property Owner) <br />I. COMPLIANCE WITH APPROVED PLANS <br />A. The property owner and/or applicant shall comply with Exhibits A and B, dated <br />August 17, 2006 except as hereinafter modified. (Exhibits are on file at the City of <br />San Leandro Development Services Department, 835 East 14th Street, San Leandro, <br />California). <br />Exhibit A -Site Plan <br />Exhibit B -Floor Plan <br />B. The property owner and/or applicant shall be responsible for assuring that any <br />successor in interest who assumes responsibility for the zoning approval is informed <br />of its terms and conditions. <br />II. PERMITTED USES <br />A. This is a conditional use approval is allow social ballroom dancing to recorded <br />music in conjunction with permitted ballroom dance instruction. The proposed <br />hours for the social dancing would be 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. Tuesdays through Sundays, <br />and 7 p.m. to 12 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. Dance instruction hours are proposed <br />to be 1 p.m. to 5 p.m., Tuesday through Sunday, at ] 4278 East 14t~ Street; <br />Assessor's Parcel Number 77E-1569-17-4. <br />B. Any modification to the hours or days of operation or relocation of the business on <br />the property or the expansion of the business shall be requested in writing to the <br />Community Development Director, who may approve the request or direct the <br />matter to the Board of Zoning Adjustments. <br />C. There shall be no sale or consumption of alcoholic beverages or food. <br />D. Dancing by performers for pay and/or tips will not be permitted. <br />E.
