<br />pollution. Where feasible landscaping should be designed and operated to treat <br />storm water runoff. Landscaping and other surface features shall be located as not to <br />impair sight distance at driveways. <br />P. The Developer is also responsible for ensuring that all contractors and <br />subcontractors are aware of and implement all storm water quality measures. Failure <br />to comply with the approved constriction BMPs shall result in the issuance of <br />correction notices, citations and/or a prof ect stop order. <br />Q. During construction the following high standards for sanitation are required: <br />Garbage cans, construction dumpsters, and debris piles shall be removed on a <br />minimum weekly basis. All food related trash items such as wrappers, cans, bottles, <br />and food scraps shall be disposed of in closed containers only and shall be regularly <br />removed from the site. Inspections, conducted as part of the regular construction <br />compliance, will be conducted to ensure compliance of the Developer and <br />contractors with this requirement. <br />R. No construction materials and/or equipment shall be stockpiled or parked within the <br />City right-of--way without the City Engineer's approval. <br />S. Trash enclosures and/or recycling areas must be completely covered; no other area <br />shall drain onto this area. <br />T. Interior floor drains shall be plumbed to the sanitary sewer system and shall not be <br />connected to storm drains. <br />U. Process activities shall be performed either indoors or in roofed outdoor areas. If <br />performed outdoors, the area shall be designed to prevent run-on to and runoff from <br />the area with process activities. <br />V. Process equipment areas shall drain to the sanitary sewer system. <br />W. All outdoor equipment and material storage areas shall be covered or shall be <br />designed with Best Management Practices (BMP) to limit the potential for runoff to <br />contact pollutants. <br />X. For large air conditioning units the condensate lines shall be directed to landscape <br />areas, or alternatively connected to the sanitary sewer system. <br />Y.
