<br />and constructed in accordance with the City's Design Standards, Specifications and <br />Standard Plans, unless otherwise specifically approved by the City Engineer. <br />B. Pursuant to Government Code Section 66020, including Section 66020 (d) (1), the <br />City HEREBY NOTIFIES the applicant for this Project that the 90-day approval <br />period (in which the applicant may protest the imposition of any fees, dedications, <br />reservations, or other exactions imposed on this Project by these Conditions of <br />Approval) will begin on the date of the conditional approval of this Project. If the <br />applicant/property owner fails to file a protest within this 90-day period, complying <br />with all of the requirements of Government Code Section 66020, they will be <br />legally barred from later challenging any such fees, dedications, reservations or <br />other exactions. <br />C. All storm water runoff from the project shall be collected in an underground system <br />and conveyed to an appropriate storm drain system. <br />D. All on-site storm drain inlets must be labeled "No Dumping -Drains to Bay" or <br />equivalent using methods approved by the City or County. All on-site storm drains <br />must be cleaned at least twice a year and immediately prior to the rainy season. <br />Additional cleaning may be required by the City Engineer. <br />E. The Urban Runoff Clean Water Program requires that all runoff be treated to <br />remove sediment and water borne pollutants prior to discharge into a public <br />facility. Examples of control measures include, but are not limited to: routing of <br />pavement and roof runoff through vegetated swales, vegetated filter strips or <br />landscaped areas in lieu of direct hydraulic connection to the storm drain system; <br />structural control measures, such as oiUwater separator(s), sand filter(s), fossil <br />filter(s) or other methods that maybe proposed by the applicant and approved by the <br />City Engineer to intercept and pre-treat storm water prior to discharging to the storm <br />drain system; and/or other Best Management Practices that the applicant may <br />propose. On projects of this type, this can typically be handled by installing <br />fossil filters in the catch basins. <br />F. Design review fees, development impact fees, permit fees, inspection fees, and any <br />other fees charged by the City or other reviewing agencies for the review, approval, <br />permitting and inspection of the above listed public improvements shall be paid by <br />the Applicant. <br />VIII. GENERAL CONDITIONS <br />A.
