Matter to rezone the subject <br />240-254 Callan Avenue <br />properties, from RM-1800 Residential Multi-Family District <br />to RM-2500 (PD) Residential Multi-Family, Planned Development Overlay District; <br />Planned Development to retain the existing two-story duplex and to construct three new <br />single-family homes on the vacant portions of the site. The proposed two new homes on <br />the westerly half of the site would be two-stories tall. The proposed new home at the <br />northeasterly portion of the site, behind the existing duplex would be three-stories tall. <br />77-451-18 and 77-451-19; S. Wong c/o V. Leung, V Power <br />Design (applicant and property owner). <br /> <br />This being the time and place for the Public Hearing on the above matter, City <br />Manager Jermanis provided background on the item and introduced Planner II Elmer <br />Penaranda. Mr. Penaranda gave a PowerPoint presentation describing the proposed <br />project.
