The proposed two new homes on the westerly half <br />of the site would be two-stories tall. Kai, San Leandro resident <br />, addressed the City Council, suggesting that the City <br />provide a meeting place for seniors while a permanent senior center is being constructed. Mr. <br />Kai announced that Zocalo Coffee Shop will hold a Christmas party on December 2. <br /> <br /> <br />
