That the name of the surety upon the bond of the contractor for said work of improvements is as follows: Western Surety Company. 3. That said work of improvement was accepted by the City Council of the City of San Leandro as completed on the 5th day of November, 2007. 4. The nature of the interest or estate of the City of San Leandro in the BANCROFT MIDDLE SCHOOL PLAYFIELD RENOVATIONS, PROJECT NO. 06-210-38- 257, is that of Project and Construction Manager under a Memorandum of Understanding with the San Leandro Unified School District, owner in fee simple title in certain land designated as 1150 Bancroft Avenue, San Leandro, California, as well as ownership of the improvements thereon. I certify under penalty of perjury that the foregoing is true and correct.
